Surface underway measurements of carbon dioxide partial pressure, water temperature, and salinity collected during nine NOAA Ship Ronald H. Brown cruises in 2003. The dataset includes fugacity of carbon dioxide in water and atmosphere, wind direction, and speed, collected by Rik Wanninkhof of NOAA's Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory. Data collection occurred from February to November 2003 across the Pacific Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, and Gulf of Mexico.
