Description
Station, catch, length, and biological data from the CORY 14/04 survey, part of the North West Groundfish Survey. The survey was conducted by Cefas between September 7 and October 11, 2004, across 140 stations in the Irish Sea and Bristol Channel, catching 137 species. Data was collected to create abundance indices for EU regulations and ICES research programs.
Use Cases
Calculate species abundance indices based on catch data from 140 stations.
Model fish population dynamics using length and biological data for selected species.
Assess benthic community health based on collected benthic data.
Analyze environmental correlations using water temperature and salinity measurements.
Support marine litter research with collected litter data.
