Survey Dataset: Dual Pathways from Job and Personal Resources to Organizational Citizenshi

Survey responses from 384 permanent production employees at Indonesian thermoforming manufacturing firms. The data includes item-level responses for five psychological and organizational constructs, plus demographic variables.
