Description
Results from a community-led planning process to sustain the natural environment in the Frontenac, Lanark, Leeds & Grenville area. The data package includes spatial data, project reports, and presentation materials to inform land use planning and conservation priorities. It was produced by a collaborative team representing governments, stewardship councils, conservation organizations, and private landowners.
