Proteomic Profiles of Patellar Tendinopathy Across Early Symptom Durations

Temporal proteomic profiling analyzes protein abundance changes in human patellar tendon biopsies across one, two, and three months of symptom duration. The dataset compares symptomatic and nonsymptomatic contralateral tendons from participants with early-stage unilateral patellar tendinopathy. Analysis identified 12 proteins and 14 peptides with significant changes over time.
