Patellar Tendinopathy Proteomics Across Symptom Duration

Proteomic profiling of human patellar tendon biopsies from participants with early-stage unilateral patellar tendinopathy. The dataset quantifies peptide and protein abundances across one, two, and three months of symptom duration, comparing symptomatic and contralateral asymptomatic tendons.
