Water column profiles and surface water samples were collected to monitor the impact of storm runoff on coral reefs in southern Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. Sampling occurred at nine primary stations on a bi-monthly basis during the rainy season and monthly during the dry season from 2005 to 2007, with intensified daily sampling following storm events. The dataset was generated by NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information in support of the Coral Reef Instrumented Monitoring Platform (CRIMP) program.
