Four new diphosphine ruthenium(II) complexes with NSAID derivatives were synthesized and characterized. The dataset includes results from DNA/BSA binding studies and cytotoxicity assays against breast and lung tumor cell lines, with IC50 values ranging from 0.94–17.71 μM. The data was published by Diogo E. L. Carvalho on figshare in April 2026.
