Description
116 individuals underwent an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) after an 8-hour fast, with plasma glucose, insulin, and proinsulin samples drawn at 0, 30, 60, 120, and 180 minutes. Based on 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose levels, participants were categorized into three groups: NGT₁ (n=41), NGT₂ (n=40), and IGT (n=35).
