Description
An F1 population of 200 grapevine individuals was phenotyped for berry color, weight, 28 texture-related traits, seed number, and 11 seed morphology parameters. High-density pseudo-testcross genetic maps for two parent cultivars contain 1,223 and 1,238 SNP markers, with QTL analysis revealing loci explaining up to 65.49% of phenotypic variation.
