Use Cases
Compare treatment efficacy based on pooled analysis of overall response rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR).
Assess safety profiles based on reported adverse events like gastrointestinal reactions, leukopenia, and hypertension.
Inform clinical trial design based on the evidence synthesis of 11 randomized controlled trials.
Evaluate methodological robustness based on sensitivity analyses mentioned in the results.
Strengths
Follows PRISMA 2020 guidelines for systematic review and meta-analysis.
Includes data from 11 randomized controlled trials.
Searched multiple databases including PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, CNKI, and WanFang without language restrictions for English or Chinese studies.
Limitations
The dataset is a 74.4 KB DOCX document, which is a small text summary rather than a raw data repository.
Row count and column-level data are unknown; the file contains aggregated analysis results.
The description notes substantial heterogeneity was noted for some outcomes and evidence for long-term survival benefit remains insufficient.
