Serum Exosomal Four-miRNA Signature for Diagnosing Central Precocious Puberty

A dataset containing a diagnostic model based on four serum exosomal miRNAs for central precocious puberty (CPP). It was developed from a prospective study of 120 girls (60 CPP patients, 60 healthy controls) using small RNA sequencing and qRT-PCR validation. The model achieved an AUC of 0.912 in an independent validation cohort.
