120,849 UK Biobank participants with cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome were followed for a median of 14.88 years to study diet and heart failure. The data shows a higher EAT-Lancet Diet Index score was associated with an 12% lower relative hazard of heart failure. This dataset, created by Peng Fu and shared under CC-BY-4.0, provides prospective cohort data linking a planetary health diet to clinical outcomes.
