During the 2024-2025 academic year, data on institutional AI readiness were gathered from 80 educational centers across 14 Spanish autonomous communities. The dataset, created by Natalia Lara Nieto-Márquez, captures two dimensions: institutional policies and technological resources, validated via factor analysis. Results reveal moderate overall readiness with pronounced differences between school types and modalities.
