Multi-Omics Profiles for Viral-Associated Pulmonary Aspergillosis Patients

Plasma samples from 55 patients, comprising 35 with viral pneumonia and 20 with viral-associated pulmonary aspergillosis, were analyzed using proteomics and metabolomics.
