Robert Vasilev developed an AI framework for simultaneous risk stratification of 15 distinct pathological conditions from retinal fundus images. The framework, described in a 2026 publication, combines images from publicly available sources and proprietary clinical archives and employs a hybrid deep learning architecture. Preliminary evaluation was conducted on a small real-world cohort of 68 cases.
