Chinese centenarians residing in the community were followed between June 2014 and December 2016 to study the association between serum creatine kinase levels and all-cause mortality. The prospective cohort study included 949 participants followed for a median of 29.4 months, with mortality analyzed using restricted cubic spline and Cox regression methods.
