ESBL-Producing E. Coli Genomic Data from UAE Zoo Ungulates

35 isolates of extended-spectrum β-lactamase–producing Escherichia coli were characterized from 101 clinically healthy ungulates at Al Ain Zoo in the United Arab Emirates. The dataset includes phenotypic antimicrobial susceptibility testing results and whole-genome sequencing data for resistome, virulome, plasmid, and phylogenetic analyses.
