62 non-duplicate Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacterales (CRE) isolates from sterile body fluids were analyzed over a ten-year period. The dataset, created by Shenyun Cao and shared on figshare, includes whole-genome sequencing results for resistance genes, virulence factors, and sequence types, paired with clinical outcome data. Klebsiella pneumoniae ST11 carrying the blaKPC-2 gene was the dominant clone, and ICU admission was significantly associated with patient mortality.
The primary data file is a 79.0 KB DOC document, which may require conversion or extraction to access structured data.
