Seven studies involving 1,672 adult women were included in this meta-analysis examining the diagnostic accuracy of self-collected menstrual blood for high-risk human papillomavirus testing. The analysis, conducted by Xuechao Ji in October-November 2024, reports pooled sensitivity and specificity estimates for detecting cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. The dataset is a 282.9 KB DOCX file containing the systematic review and meta-analysis results.
