56 undergraduate students with no prior formal handball training participated in a randomized controlled trial over 15 instructional sessions. The study measured seven fundamental handball skills and student attitudes across cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions. Data was collected via standardized fitness tests, expert-validated performance checklists, and an attitudes scale.
