133 cervical mucus samples from pregnant women were analyzed across three gestational periods for pH and 14 cytokines. IP-10 and MIP-1β levels were approximately double in early pregnancy compared to late pregnancy, showing significant positive correlations with pH. The dataset, authored by Ho Yen Chueh and last updated in 2026, provides non-invasive candidate markers for gestational immune adaptation.
