Experimental data from two growing seasons evaluating iodinated copper-based foliar fertilizers on lettuce. The dataset, authored by Anmeng Liu and last updated in March 2026, measures effects on iodine content, yield, vitamin C, nitrate, soluble sugar, and copper accumulation. Results show iodine content increases of up to 66.20-fold in shoots and yield reductions of up to 35.84% with high-concentration treatments.
Dataset is very small (19.2 KB), indicating limited scope and likely a summary table of experimental results rather than raw observational data.
