Plasma Cytokine Reference Intervals for Healthy Adults in Lianyungang, China

Between July and November 2025, plasma concentrations of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-10 (IL-10), and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) were measured via flow cytometry from 728 healthy adults in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, China. Author Fumeng Yang established nonparametric reference intervals for these cytokines using the 95th percentile, following CLSI C28-A3 and WS/T 402–2024 standards. The dataset provides 90% confidence intervals for each cytokine's reference range.
