320 peripheral arterial catheterization procedures from a pediatric intensive care unit were analyzed, with a 65% first-attempt success rate. The dataset, authored by Jiajia Li and uploaded to figshare, captures patient-, disease-, and procedure-related variables to identify factors influencing cannulation success. Results indicate ultrasound guidance and radial artery insertion are associated with higher odds of success.
