Genome-wide Expansin and Aquaporin Genes with Auxin Metabolites in Lonicera macranthoides

Lonicera macranthoides genomic data includes 34 expansin and 43 aquaporin genes identified from a chromosome-level genome. Expression patterns for LmEXPA26 and LmPIP2-2 were analyzed alongside auxin-related metabolites quantified by LC–MS/MS during flower opening.
