A figshare document presents research on the causal link between the gut microbe Terrisporobacter and papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). The analysis uses two-sample Mendelian randomization on large-scale GWAS data and validates findings in 450 PTC patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas. It identifies a causal odds ratio of 2.06 for PTC risk and correlations with NTRK1 upregulation and immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment features.
The file is a 17.7 KB DOCX document containing a research summary and table, not a large, structured data table. The underlying GWAS and TCGA data are not included; users must source them separately. License is CC BY 4.0.
