A cross-sectional dataset of 425 older adults with chronic heart failure in China, collected by Xiaoxia Wu and last updated in June 2026. It contains responses to the Chinese eHealth Literacy Scale (C-eHEALS) and the Patient Experience with Treatment and Self-Management (PETS) questionnaire, used to identify distinct patient profiles. The data was analyzed using latent profile analysis and multinomial logistic regression to explore predictors of profile membership.
