Cooling System Failure Drivers in Saudi Arabian Schools Using RII-ISM Method

Saudi Arabian schools are the focus of this study examining 26 drivers of cooling system failures across five project life cycle phases. The data was generated by author Mohammad A. Hassanain via a questionnaire survey of 90 stakeholders, including HVAC designers and facilities managers, and was last updated in May 2026. It uses an integrated Relative Importance Index and Interpretive Structural Modelling method to rank drivers and model their interrelationships.
