Baseline CD317 Expression Predicting Anifrolumab Response in SLE

31 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) were analyzed to identify biomarkers predicting response to anifrolumab treatment. The study prospectively measured immune cell subsets and type I IFN-associated markers via flow cytometry, correlating them with clinical response at 6 months.
