468 older adults in Hangzhou, China, were surveyed from January 2024 to March 2025 to identify subtypes of fall risk perception. Latent profile analysis revealed three distinct perception profiles: Low Perception-Social Context Desensitized Type (29.2%), Moderate Perception-Balanced Type (43.4%), and High Perception-Bio-behaviorally Salient Type (27.4%).
