Since 2023, this dataset contains sentence-level coding from 14 election observation reports covering seven elections. It was created by Hyo-sook Kim and analyzes issue emphasis, actor focus, evaluation tone, and normative language in reports from the Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) and the Organization of American States (OAS).
