CyTOF Data on Ionizing Radiation and Colchicine Effects on Human Monocyte Subsets

A single-donor CyTOF dataset from figshare analyzes the molecular response of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells to 2 Gy ionizing radiation and colchicine pre-treatment. The data, uploaded by Masaki Imanishi in April 2026, reveals a specific expansion of CD14−CD16+CD68hi patrolling monocytes with heightened p90RSK activation and reduced CHIP-associated protein expression following radiation. Colchicine was found to selectively suppress this IR-induced monocyte expansion.
