Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacter Genomic Data from Northeast China

123 clinical isolates of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacter cloacae complex (CRECC) were analyzed using whole-genome sequencing. The dataset characterizes genotypes, resistance determinants, and transmission dynamics, with Enterobacter hormaechei as the predominant species (92.7%).
