A 2026 systematic review and network meta-analysis by Hongyu Wang synthesizes evidence from 23 randomized controlled trials. It compares optimal dose ranges for four exercise types—aerobic, multi-mode, stretching, and mind–body—to improve depressive symptoms in climacteric women. The analysis uses Bayesian network meta-regression on data from PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, and Web of Science up to September 2025.
