A 5-year retrospective study from a Lebanese tertiary allergy clinic includes 255 patients evaluated for perioperative hypersensitivity reactions. Skin prick test results for opioids, neuromuscular blocking agents, hypnotics, local anesthetics, latex, and patent blue identified causative agents, with 97.3% of patients showing a positive reaction to at least one substance.
