Schizophrenia Cognitive Biomarkers and Immune Profiles

A study of 136 antipsychotic-naïve first-episode schizophrenia patients and 136 healthy controls tracked cognitive change over 6 months. It includes longitudinal data on plasma kynurenine pathway metabolites, inflammatory markers, and immune-cell subsets.
