Predicting Severe Brain Hemorrhage in Preterm Infants: A Nomogram from Chinese NICUs

161 infants with intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) from a retrospective multicenter study in northern China (January 2023–December 2024). A nomogram model was developed using gestational age, base excess, and meningitis-consistent cerebrospinal fluid abnormalities to predict severe IVH. The model achieved an optimism-corrected C-index of 0.727 after internal validation.
