A retrospective analysis of a prospective PCI registry study evaluated 112 patients (129 lesions) who underwent successful paclitaxel-coated balloon angioplasty for de novo coronary lesions. The study identified calcified lesions as an independent predictor of target lesion revascularization (TLR) over a median angiographic follow-up of 139 days. It was conducted at a single center in Indonesia between January 2020 and December 2024.
