53 pediatric patients with restrictive cardiomyopathy were studied to compare outcomes between sarcomeric and non-sarcomeric genetic variants. The retrospective study found survival without transplantation was significantly worse in the sarcomeric group, which also had a higher incidence of thrombotic events.
