RESCUE: EMS Personnel Survey on Trauma Intervention Usefulness and Willingness

256 German Emergency Medical Services personnel participated in an online survey assessing their expected usefulness and willingness to participate in a trauma-informed group intervention. The survey measured critical incident-related stress, burnout symptoms, age, and work experience. Younger participants (<35 years) showed a generally higher willingness to participate than older colleagues.
