Description
A study comparing extracellular vesicles and microRNAs from the roots of the medicinal plant Huperzia serrata grown in rhizospheric soil versus sterilized peat moss. The dataset, authored by Na Li and last updated in May 2026, includes results on EV size, density, and the differential expression of 20 miRNAs. Analysis includes 242 known miRNAs, 183 predicted target genes, and enrichment results from Gene Ontology and KEGG pathways.
