A questionnaire-based dataset from 118 participants aged 15–25 examines self-esteem, psychological resilience, and health behaviors among youth raised in foster families or residential care homes in Hajdú-Bihar County, Hungary. The data was collected by Ildikó Erdei using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and the junior Psychological Resilience Questionnaire.
