A preliminary case-control study from 2026 compares serum levels of two otoconia-derived proteins between 40 patients with vestibular migraine and 143 age- and sex-matched healthy controls. The data, published by Ange Li on figshare, includes quantified protein levels via ELISA and clinical feature correlations. Results indicate no significant elevation of Otolin-1 or OC90 in vestibular migraine, suggesting a central rather than structural pathophysiology.
Primary data is contained within a DOCX file, which may require extraction or conversion for computational analysis.
