Fieldwork conducted between July 2024 and November 2025 comprises 20 semi-structured interviews with first-in-family graduates in Santiago, Chile. The qualitative dataset, created by Ismael Tabilo-Prieto and shared on figshare, examines how graduates incorporate value repertoires during university and attribute moral meanings to their professional activity. It analyzes the moral dimension of social mobility through thematic analysis.
