30 Colombian women diagnosed with epithelial ovarian cancer (stages I–III) and 30 healthy controls were recruited for a prospective, cross-sectional analytical study. The dataset, created by Elizabeth Vargas-Castellanos and last updated in 2026, includes germline genetic profiling and RNA sequencing data from paired tumor tissue and peripheral blood samples. This work aims to provide the first integrated germline and transcriptomic dataset for this cancer in a Colombian population.
