Survey on Workplace Bullying and Adaptive Performance in Junior Nurses

988 junior nurses from 17 hospitals in Southwest China were surveyed in April-May 2024. The dataset contains cross-sectional survey results measuring workplace bullying, emotion regulation, work engagement, and adaptive performance. It supports analysis of correlations and mediating effects among these psychological constructs.
