A clinical study dataset compares the performance of the PEN-FAST and PEN-FAST+ scores for identifying low-risk penicillin allergies. The research involved 288 patients with suspected beta-lactam allergy, of which 245 reported a penicillin allergy history. Results show PEN-FAST+ had a significantly higher AUC (0.810 vs. 0.639) and NPV (96.59% vs. 93.75%) than the original PEN-FAST score.
The primary data file is a 27.6 KB DOCX document, which is a tiny dataset and may contain formatted text or tables rather than raw structured data.
