A study by Jelena Eremija employed the Nucleic Acid Protein Programmable Array (NAPPA) for unbiased screening of autoimmune targets in Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Streptococcal Infections (PANDAS). The dataset likely contains results comparing children with PANDAS to patients with autism spectrum disorder and healthy controls, identifying 1,235 non-overlapping protein targets initially and 117 autoantibody targets exclusive to PANDAS in a secondary screen. The data was uploaded to figshare on April 29, 2026.
