Genomic Characterization of Klebsiella pneumoniae in Egyptian Ready-to-Eat Foods

Eleven Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from Egyptian supermarket foods were characterized in 2026. The dataset includes whole-genome sequencing data, antimicrobial susceptibility test results, and phylogenetic analysis comparing food-derived isolates to 77 clinical strains.
